Coq Rôti

After gaining experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and Canada, chef Umur Soylu decided to bring his expertise to a healthy and high-quality fast food brand. He opened the first restaurant of his brand, Coq Rôti, in Beşiktaş-Istanbul. The brief was clear: big&bold. From designing the wall tiles to charcoal and potato sacks, we enjoyed working on every aspect of the project, both as designers and as customers.
